Ethan Lustig-Elgrably is a Democrat running for Assembly in Brooklyn’s 46th District, which includes Bath Beach, Beach Haven, Bay Ridge, Brighton Beach, Coney Island, Dyker Heights, and Sea Gate.
The grandchild of a Holocaust survivor, Ethan was born, raised, and lives in Southern Brooklyn. He most recently worked for the Parks Department, and he previously served as Legislative Director and Chief of Staff for Councilmember Mark Treyger. In this role, Ethan was instrumental in securing resources for Superstorm Sandy recovery, language interpreters for the Russian community during elections, and solutions to address quality of life issues in the neighborhood.
In the Assembly, Ethan will focus on improving train and bus service, cleaning up corruption, creating educational opportunities including programs for financial literacy and technical skills, addressing the affordable housing crisis, supporting seniors, and strengthening the community’s storm preparedness and resiliency.
